We operate an open-door policy, if you ever have anything you want to talk about, don’t hesitate to come and talk to us. The door may be closed but look for a sign on the door, if it is green, enter and if it is red, we are busy.

Sickness/Absence – 

Strode Park House sickness is managed via email sph.absence@strodepark.org.uk. The reason for this is that staff sometimes struggle to reach people on the phone, so these emails are monitored by leads, admin and management. If there is no email, absence will NOT be authorised.
