Strode Park is a charity in Kent, which provides vital support and care services to children, young people and adults with disabilities. It prides itself on its work with vulnerable people and takes pride in all those who help deliver its services.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Strode Park Foundation. Being accredited with We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places the Foundation in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, HR Director, Kerry Bardsley added: “I’m delighted Strode Park has received this re-accreditation and thank our dedicated employees for their vital contributions in achieving this. We’re keen to build on these results in the future, putting our values at the heart of our decision making to ensure the best possible working environment for all our people.
Paul Devoy continued: “We believe that the success of your organisation begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everyone, we make work better for every organisation. And if we do that… we make society stronger, healthier and happier.”
