The Coach House’s Good Rating by CQC

Following an extremely busy six months we are exceptionally pleased to be able to tell you that the Coach House’s ‘good’ rating has been re-instated by CQC.

Under the Management of Leanne Anslow and her highly skilled team and through dedication and hard work, The Coach House is once again providing the high quality care that it was previous synonymous with.

Director of Care (Social and Homecare) Becky Richards said “We are all very pleased with this outcome, our focus will continue to be delivery of high-quality care, adding value and enriching the lives of the residents living in the service.  The welfare of these individuals continues to be our main priority.  The staff have worked hard under Leanne’s fantastic leadership and we will use the ongoing learning and the tools such as the inspection report to build on the work already done to continue to move the quality of the service forward.”
