Senior Physiotherapist (Ref: 22-019SPH)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our neuro-rehabilitation therapy team working with adults with a wide variety of neurological conditions.

You will be joining a supportive, innovative and experienced team of therapists who are committed to delivering the very best care to our service users.

The team is an interdisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Therapy Assistant and Neuropsychology.

Our residents have a wide variety of input from the therapy team varying from Neuro-rehabilitation clients who come to us for a specific period of time and are discharged home to those who are long term residents with us. With all of our residents we work with them to achieve their goals however large or small.

The team are looking to appoint highly motivated and a conscientious Senior Physiotherapist. Someone who is a team player, with excellent communication and analytical skills gained through previous experience.

As Senior Physiotherapist, you will need the following skills and qualities:

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Have a degree/graduate diploma in physiotherapy
  • Be registered to the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Have experience at a Band 6 level, working with people with physical disabilities, long term neurological conditions and/or neuro rehabilitation

The following are desirable but not essential criteria:

  • The ability to communicate effectively with all service users
  • Be passionate about helping people improve their quality of life Computer skills
