Care & Support Worker (Ref: 22-017RW)

Do you fancy working in a close knit, friendly care home, with an incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable team? As a Care & Support Worker at our Redwalls Care Home, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their physical and emotional needs. You will also assist in escorting or driving them to appointments and activities.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Be caring and compassionate
  • Strong desire to care for others and make a difference
  • A drive to develop a career in social care
  • A clean driving license and own vehicle due to location

The following are desirable but not essential criteria:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care. If you are keen to develop a rewarding career in care, we will support you achieve this and more qualifications.
