Care & Support Worker – Nights (Ref: 22-038SPH)

You will be providing personal care and support to our residents at Strode Park House through a variety of tasks. Your care will make a real difference to their lives. We are looking for individuals who have the ability, skills and compassion to assist vulnerable people and take pride in their work. You will be supported by our dedicated Lead Carers and Home Management team. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

If you are compassionate and caring, not afraid of hard, but rewarding work, and if you enjoy making a difference to people’s quality of life, you might just be the person we are looking for.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Have a strong interest in working in Adult care services and desire to make a difference.
  • Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social care or a willingness to work towards this within 12 months of being in post.

The following are desirable but not essential criteria:

  • A driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles.

Our home provides care on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we need reliable and flexible staff working within our service.
