Care & Support Worker – Bank (Ref: 22-012ALL)
We have an exciting opportunity for Bank Care Assistants to join our team. No experience is needed as full training and support will be provided.
Have you a passion in supporting adults and children with disabilities? Do you have an interest in working in a rewarding Health and Social Care role plus have a willingness to learn? We can offer you the care career with the flexibility you need, across all our sites.
You will look after the day-to-day needs of our service users, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our service users are comfortable in their home. You will support the aims and objectives of the Foundation and play a full and active part in the community so that at all times this post, either directly or indirectly, is providing the highest standard of care to people who use our services.
Who we are looking for
You will need the following skills and qualities:
- Have a strong interest in working in care services and a desire to make a difference.
- Be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
- Be flexible to cover shifts when required.
- Be enthusiastic, caring, friendly and compassionate.
- Have a full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
