Care Quality Supervisor (Ref: 22-024PFL)

As our Care Quality Supervisor you will work on behalf of the Registered Manager at our Platters Farm Lodge site, to provide evidence of good care practice and quality assure the service thereby ensuring we continuously improve the quality of care and support experienced by residents.

Our Ideal Candidate has the following:

  • Previous experience working in a care setting
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards this following success in probation
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and legislation
  • Understanding of the safeguarding processes, MCA and DOLS
  • Has experience auditing or working with quality systems

The following are desirable but not essential:

  • A full and clean driving license
  • Direct or indirect experience of disability or supporting those with disabilities
