Care Admissions & Discharge Lead

Are you an experienced administrator/co-ordinator who is effective in a fast paced, stressful environment? Do you possess excellent organisational and time management skills?

If you also have the ability to interpret medical information and terms and have previous experience of using a wide range of computer programmes then we'd love to hear from you!

As a full-time, permanent Care Admissions and Discharge Lead based at our Platters Farm Lodge home in Rainham, Kent you will manage the administration and discharge procedures and documentation of guests into or out of the home.

This role is being offered as 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00) with a salary of £27,000 per annum.
