Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, UK employers with more than 250 employees must report their gender pay calculations.

We’ve just published our Gender Pay Gap report for 2018.

  • Our mean gender pay gap has reduced to 3.2% in favour of men from 5% last year. Whilst there is a gap, this is much lower than the national average. The UK Mean Gender Pay Gap is 13.7% and for the Health & Social Work Sector is 23.1%, both in favour of men.
  • Our median gap remains higher for women at 0.7%. This has slightly reduced from last year’s report where it was 1%. The UK Median Pay Gap is 8.6% and for the Health & Social Work Sector is 14.6%, both in favour of men. Again, Strode Park’s figures are extremely positive in this regards.

Above all, we remain committed to equal pay, equal rights and to nurture a fully inclusive staff team. Without our staff we would not be able to provide the vital services we do for those depend on us.
