I was appointed HR Director at Strode Park Foundation in January 2018. I’ve previously worked in HR in the healthcare, charitable and commercial sectors. In particular, I have gained experience at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, The Priory Hospital, Mind, and Action On Hearing Loss.
I’m a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and gained an honours degree in Criminology at Lancaster University.
I am also an Enterprise Adviser, as part of a scheme run by Kent County Council’s Skills and Employability Service which aims to build connections between schools and local employers to improve the career prospects of young people.
I am passionate about ensuring our exceptional workforce here at Strode Park gives the best possible service to our service users and their families. I’m thrilled to be part of the team here and am highly committed to ensuring Strode Park remains an enjoyable and inspiring place to work.
