I was appointed HR Director at Strode Park Foundation in January 2018. I’ve previously worked in HR in the healthcare, charitable and commercial sectors. In particular, I have gained experience at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, The Priory Hospital, Mind, and Action On Hearing Loss.
I’m a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and gained an honours degree in Criminology at Lancaster University.
I am also an Enterprise Adviser, as part of a scheme run by Kent County Council’s Skills and Employability Service which aims to build connections between schools and local employers to improve the career prospects of young people.
