Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, UK employers with more than 250 employees must report their gender pay calculations.

We’ve just published our Gender Pay Gap report for 2017. Our mean gender pay gap is 5%  higher for men which is much lower than the national average. Our median gap is 1% higher for women. Strode Park remains committed to equal pay, equal rights and to nurture a fully inclusive workforce.
