Rostering coordinator

£17,000.00 per annum, 35 hours per week, 09.00am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to ensure the smooth running of the department as required.

Strode Park House is a 19th Century Victorian Manor House set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds in the picturesque village of Herne, Kent. We are a nursing and residential home offering both long and short-term care for adults aged 18 and upwards. Our home is registered for 55 beds, and we offer a relaxed homely environment for our residents. We also offer short-term neuro-rehabilitation and respite care.

We are now looking for a Rostering Coordinator who will provide a key service ensuring the smooth running of the care team’s shifts ensuring they can deliver the vital care they do. You will be able to respond to changing situations (such as sickness, adverse weather), as well as forward planning to accommodate events such as training and annual leave.

You’ll need the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a time critical environment
  • Experience of using computerised systems for rostering, logistics or planning
